| Bio: | Hey, Y'all. This here's (mostly) a character journal. I write as a variety of my favourite book characters (made up by other people; this is kinda a fan-fiction thing): Nancy Drew, Bess Marvin, George Fayne, Veronica Mars, Carson Drew (Nancy's lawyer dad), Hannah Gruen, Frank Hardy, Joe Hardy, Chet Morton, Elloise Drew (Nancy's Aunt), and occasional other characters here. To avoid confusion when I post journal entries here, I usually sign the name of the person/character I'm writing as. I don't (usually) do this while commenting, however. Sometimes I comment as me (hartzwatergirl /editornia), sometimes I comment in character. Have fun guessing [Clue: "I" write with an American accent while writing American characters, but write with an English-American-Aussie accent the rest of the time.] which is which!Now a quick word from my favourite character, Nancy Drew, and her best friends, Bess Marvin and George (Georgia, but don't ever call her that!) Fayne: N: Hello from lovely River Heights, Illinois! I'm borrowing George's Laptop at the moment --yes, George, I'll be super-careful-- and sitting out in the sun, on the banks of the Muskoka River. Come join us! My cousin, Veronica, and her dad, Keith, are coming to stay with us for a little while. I can't wait! Apparently we have a lot in common -- like solving mysteries! Anyway, here's Bess... B: Hi! We've got a picnic here, and it is sunny, just like Nancy said. It's also super-quiet; you can hear the birds in the trees, and the water rushing by. Super-relaxing! The sun is making me all kinds of sleepy, too... I wonder when we'll start eating? Here's George... G: I thought I'd better take my computer away from Bess, 'cause she's getting so sleepy that she might drop it in the water! Anyway, Hi, I'm George Fayne. --Yes, Bess, we are about to eat! Just hang on for a few more minutes, alright? Honestly!-- Oh, sorry about that. My cousin's getting hungry, so I guess we'd better wrap this up and eat. Oh, Nancy wants to say something else... N: Come on down and join us! There's plenty of food and friendship to go around! :) | ||
